Terms & Conditions of Use
These terms and conditions will apply to any and all agreements and legal relations pursuant to which E-Square Parties and Gifts t/a Premier Event Hire acts as supplier of items. All terms and conditions should be carefully taken note of. If any of the provisions are unclear it is the purchaser’s responsibility to ask E-Square Parties and Gifts t/a Premier Event Hire for an explanation before the terms and conditions are accepted.
These terms and conditions are applicable to users who are consumers for purposes of the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (The “CPA”).
General:
- E-Square Parties and Gifts trading as Premier Event Hire does not accept responsibility for loss, damage or injury to any persons or property whatsoever.
- The usage of the equipement is at own risk.
- The hirer acknowledges that at all times it is necessary to have a responsible adult in attendance to supervise and indemnifies E-Square Parties and Gifts t/a Premier Event Hire against any claim that might arise from the hiring of any goods and/or equipment.
- All goods hired from E-Square Parties and Gifts t/a Premier Event Hire remain the exclusive property of E-Square Parties and Gifts t/a Premier Event Hire.
- Collections are on Fridays between 8:00 and 16:00.
- All hired items have to be returned on Mondays between 8:00 and 16:00. A penalty of R200 per day will be charged for late returns.
- No returns will be accepted on Sundays
- An additional cleaning charge of R200 will be charged if crockery and cutlery are not cleaned.
- Replacement fees will be charged for any damaged or broken items.
Payment:
- 50% deposit is payable to secure your booking.
- The balance of the order is payable before any goods are removed from the premises of Premier Event Hire in the event of collection.
- The balance of the order is payable before or at the time of delivery when delivery is required.
- No monies will be refunded due to bad weather.
- Holding Deposits may be charged in respect of all fragile goods hired.
- No refunds are payable upon cancellation of an order within a week before the event.
Jumping Castles:
No shoes, sharp objects, food or beverages to be allowed on inflatables at any time.
E-Square Parties and Gifts t/a Premier Event Hire does not supply extension cords and/or power points.
No children are allowed to play with or near the Motor of the inflatable.
The Motor must not be left in the rain.
The inflatable is to be positioned on a flat surface, preferably on grass.
The extension used for the inflatables must be of good quality with a 2,5mm2 conductor and not longer than 25m long.
The hirer of the inflatable has to ensure that the electrical power supply is well earthed and the earth leakage is in full working condition.
No adults are permitted on the inflatables unless designed and advertised as such.
